Creating change is inner work! It may begin with a thought or an experience that provokes deep feelings, but ultimately if we seek change, we must go in and see what we find. This is true both as organizations and as individuals.
As organizations, we must seek the soul of the company which lies in the belief systems held in the culture of the organization. The vision informs the belief systems of the company, which drives behavior. Honest exploration is needed to identify areas that need attention and growth in an organization and where re-alignment is needed to the vision and beliefs.
In much the same way, individuals are driven by their vision which is closely tied to their intuitive voice that informs the belief systems of who they are. The challenge is our belief systems are subconscious and since they drive behavior, it can be difficult unless and until we are willing to explore our subconscious, in search of our belief systems to see if any may be faulty.
False belief systems are beliefs about ourselves and our potential that limit our vision of who we are, where we are headed and how we might get there. Shifting false belief systems to the truth, will create exponential change in how we see ourselves, and in our capacity to grow and develop into a truer picture of who we are meant to be.

Organizational Coaching
Coaching within an organization will show up differently than personal coaching, though many of the facets and concepts are similar. Below are some samples of coaching within an educational setting (these can be customized):
- Identifying Pockets of Excellence: Through walk-throughs, observations, team and one-on-one meetings we identify best practices to scale and target areas of growth. The qualities and attributes of the learning cultures of these best practices are identified and explored as participants examen their own learning cultures with an inquiring eye seeking excellence.
- Creating Safe and Brave Spaces: In an age of redefining our learning cultures, we must take an honest look at access and equity. Starting with, but moving beyond safe spaces, this coaching model seeks to create a safe and brave culture where participants are all learners searching after truth.
- Creating a Culture of Innovative Learning: Through observations (team and individual), reflections and learning of best and "next" practices educators reflect on their learning culture and identify areas of dynamism and innovation and areas that require fine-tuning. Research will be pulled from work that includes Alan November, the SAMR model from Dr. Ruben Puentedura and more.
- Creating equitable teams/Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) through Building Cultural Bridges:
What does intuitive coaching look like?

Intuitive coaching with me will mean an awakening and nurturing of your intuitive self, that sixth sense, "gut feeling" we were all born with and often ignore or no longer hear.
- You will explore and understand emotions, where they show up in your body, how they impact your earthsuit and how to manage them in your daily life.
- You will identify patterns of behavior that are destructive and dysfunctional and how to avoid them in your interactions with others.
- You will establish clear boundaries that nurture your truth and honor others.
- You will be empowered with tools that create new mindsets and patterns of living holistically
- Finally you will find your most powerful tool is the one that gives you life and it will lead you always to truth - your breath.
