The languages of the 21st Century include Java, etc. Skills needed for this global learning community include virtual collaboration, novel and adaptive thinking, social intelligence, the ability to be curious and coding. Employers know these are the skills of successful entrepreneurs, which keep businesses innovating. We will explore how to implement free coding curriculum as a tool for learning these new languages and skills that help shift the mindsets of our learning cultures.
